Early Years
Students in
the Early Years area of the school are in the Prep to Year 2 age group. Early
communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills are developed through child-centred,
play based and hands on learning experiences. Our focus in this area of the
school is also in developing early personal and social skills to develop our
students as life- long learners. Curriculum development, implementation and
reporting in this section of the school uses the Early Years Curriculum
Guidelines and Australian Curriculum.
